This allows SalesConnection systems to be highly available, fault tolerant, and scalable than companies which cut cost and operate their systems using traditional single datacenter infrastructures.
While technology advances at an alarming speed in this day and age, Sales Connection endeavours to provide the highest level of encryption for all of our customer data, adopted services and used resources. Besides our websites adopting SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates and Amazon server in transit data leveraging AWS TLS encryptions, we also further secure the information housed within our databases to ensure that information is only accessible using the necessary credentials.
Data redundancy is critical to ensure that your data will not be lost in the event of physical infrastructure failure, data corruption or various unforeseen circumstances. In order to achieve this and protect the interest of our customers, our company servers along with our customer data is stored in a minimum of three physical Availability Zones (AZs) across Amazon's global infrastructure. Besides this, our servers are automatically backed up daily for information databases and weekly for externally originated images and pdf files in further safeguarding your important and sensitive data. Coupled with Amazon's 99.999999999% durability service levels, your company information is placed in safe hands while readily accessible at the tip of your fingers.
